What does this cost me?

Nothing. Your contribution is subtracted in full from total state taxes owed for the year when you file your 2010 return.

How much can I give?

You can give in amounts less than the maximum allowed ($1,000 for couples, $500 for singles). The foundation qualifies for employer matching funds programs. You could double your contribution just by checking with your employer!

To whom can I designate?

You can divide your contribution between our five (5) member schools.

What method of payment can I use?

You can pay by check or by credit card.

Do I send the funds directly to my school of choice?

No. You need to designate the school and mail your donation to the Arizona Episcopal Schools Foundation. Undesignated contributions will be split equally between all member schools.

How are the funds used?

More than 90% of your contribution goes directly to your school of choice or is distributed equally among the member schools.

Why should I designate my tax dollars to support a school?

You provide much needed scholarship assistance to those students who would otherwise be unable to receive a private education. Over 650 students have benefited from scholarship assistance through this program.
